Privacy Policy — Leadr WhatsApp Number Extractor

"Leadr WhatsApp Number Extractor" (the "Extension") is a Chrome extension published by Rahtsaa AI Pvt. Ltd. ("Rahtsaa AI", "we") for Leadr, Rahtsaa AI's WhatsApp CRM product. Its single purpose is to sync a user's own WhatsApp Web contacts, group memberships, and recent chat activity into that same user's Leadr CRM account, at their request.

What the Extension reads

The Extension runs only on web.whatsapp.com, inside the tab of a user who is already logged into their own WhatsApp Web session. It never touches any other website. From that session it can read:

• Contacts: the names and phone numbers visible in the user's own WhatsApp contact list.
• Groups: which of the user's WhatsApp groups each contact belongs to.
• Recent chat messages: when the user runs a chat sync or exports a chat, the Extension reads the most recent messages of that conversation (personal communications) so Rahtsaa AI's CRM can identify a pending follow-up and file it as a lead.

What we do with it

• Contact names, phone numbers, and group tags are synced into the Contacts list of the user's own organization inside the Leadr CRM — nowhere else.
• Chat message text is sent, over an authenticated HTTPS API call, to Leadr's backend, which uses it once to classify whether the conversation is work-related and to detect a follow-up date, then stores that chat's text against the resulting CRM lead record so the user can see the context later. It is used only to generate the user's own CRM lead — never for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.
• All data is scoped to the organization identified by the API key the user pastes into the Extension's popup — one organization's data is never mixed with another's.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or transfer this data to third parties, outside of the approved use cases described above.
• We do not use this data for advertising, or for any purpose unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.
• We do not use this data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
• The Extension never injects or runs any remote code — it only ships the JavaScript bundled in the extension package.

Data retention and deletion

Synced contacts and leads live in the user's Leadr CRM for as long as that organization's account is active, and can be deleted at any time from the CRM's Contacts or Leads pages. Deleting a contact or lead in the CRM deletes the corresponding synced data. Uninstalling the Extension stops all future syncing immediately; it does not retroactively delete data already synced to the CRM — delete that from the CRM directly, or contact us to have it removed.

Your controls

• Auto-sync can be turned off at any time from the Extension's popup.
• Disconnecting (clearing the API key) stops the Extension from making any further API calls.
• You can request deletion of previously synced data by contacting us below.
